Mr. Chaulagai a faculty member of Population Studies in Padma Kanya Multiple College, Kathmandu, Nepal. He graduated from Tribhuvan University, Nepal in 2003. He had done M.Phil. in Gender and Development from University of Bergen, Norway in 2009. He has hands of experiences on social development especially on gender and development sector.
