TRAINING ACTIONS IN THE BUSINESS SECTOR IN THE BUSINESS SECTOR

The solution to the problem of training is of vital importance today for society, which is faced with the uncertainty of continuing along the path of development through the improvement of the human resources it possesses, or to consider training actions through the search for more efficient models, and the application of new methodologies or educational strategies. In the search for a solution to this great challenge imposed by the historical and social context, education constitutes an ideal framework. This justifies that in recent years there has been a growing trend in the world towards the treatment of training as a subject of education, which has been demonstrated in different national and international events, and has become a necessity that the education systems of the different countries must face.
