Training Effectiveness- A Case of Telecom Industries of India

Training is the crux of employee performance.It is the responsibility of Human Resource Department to understand the training needs of the employees and fulfill them.The present work is intended to study the training effectiveness with special reference to Indian Telecom Industries.Telecom industry is the most flourishing industry today and it is expected that the employees should be able to handle all the responsibilities so as to sustain in this world of competition .
