TRAMWAY

The tramway (or streetcar) is a form of urban or interurban public transport running on tracks equipped with flat rails (whereas those of trains are slightly inclined towards the inside of the track) and which is set up on its own or embedded with grooved rails in the roadway. Today, it is generally electrically driven. The tramway, being cumbersome, is an unsuitable solution to the urban transport problem in Abidjan.The word "tramway" comes from the English tram-way composed of streetcar, flat rail and way meaning track.The city of Abidjan has problems with urban transport. Gbaka, woro woro, buses and cabs are the means commonly used. But the District of Abidjan is talking more and more about the arrival of the tramway as a solution.The tramway is an urban public transport and an outdated solution to the problem it is supposed to solve in Abidjan.

El Sr. N'zi Kacou Antoine nació el 1 de enero de 1963 en Ahounienfoutou S/P de Bongouanou en Costa de Marfil. Teniente Coronel del Ejército del Aire, Jefe del Servicio de Comunicación retirado desde el 31 de diciembre de 2019, ha realizado varias prácticas en Costa de Marfil y en el extranjero.
