Socialist public ownership causes the existence of a land market in China is different from other countries. With economic development and urbanization, land demand is increasing rapidly. But at the same time, there is no very clear regulations and laws for the transfer of collectively owned construction land though it has existed for a long time along with the social land demand. Based on the analysis of the causes behind all the existing problems, the research concluded a set of methods that try to deal with the present problems.
