TRANSFORMATION OF MICRO FINANCE BUSINESS

As microfinance matures and donor funding dries up, MFIs are beginning to look at market forces, such as customer demand and competition. This forces to MFIs to consider various expansion strategies beyond growth through existing business. This project is to attempt to provide the alternatives for how can The ASA-GV achieve its objectives by converting the Branch Model to Present at Independent Enterprise Business Model where the Branch Managers of the individual branches want me as Transformed independent entrepreneurs through the Franchisee Model.
