The Influence of Transformational Leadership and School Culture on Organizational Health of Secondary Schools in the Northern States of Peninsular Malaysia. This study looked into the perspectives of the secondary school teachers in gauging their perceptions on the administration, leadership and management of the secondary schools in Malaysia. The fundamental outcome of this study looks into the acute problem of school principals who lacked vision identification in meeting the Ministry of Education's goals and aspirations.
