Transformational Leadership & Academicians' Organizational Commitment

Leadership is one of the most observed phenomena on earth, but least understood. That is why the researcher was motivated to conduct the study by correlating it with academicians' organizational commitment. Effective leaders are extremely important to all types of organizations and has a paramount importance in higher education as they define an institution and its practices. Since education sector is the source of all types of employees, it will be important to satisfy academicians and then they will deliver the service expected of them in a better manner so that the next generations will be the best one who will meet what is expected of them in the near future like being patriotic and devoted ones. So, leadership in the higher level institution has a paramount importance for all those things.

Je suis Semu Bacha, doctorant en gestion et j'ai obtenu une licence de l'Université Haramaya en 2009, un MBA de l'Université de Gondar en 2013 et je suis actuellement en troisième cycle à l'Université Punjabi de Patiala, en Inde, à partir de 2016/17.
