TRANSFORMING PHYSICAL EDUCATION

This book proposes an innovative methodology to integrate and improve the teaching of baseball five in the field of physical education. Through a practical and pedagogical approach, it addresses the technical, tactical, physical and psychological bases necessary for educators and coaches to effectively transmit this sport to children, youth and adults.
