Translation and Interpretation in the Age of Globalization Feedback

This volume represents the end-product of the fourth edition of the anniversary conferences organized in Baia Mare, Romania, since 2009. The conference celebrated the 1630 years since the Vulgata (St. Jerome's translation of the Bible), and the 60 years since the Creation of the Association for Machine Translation and Computational Linguistics in the US. The conference brought together scholars from different domains, yet all shared an interest in translation studies; the event hosted a selection of specialized papers which represent the outcome of these scholars' dedicated research.

Dr. Ligia Tomoiag is Assistant Professor at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, North University Center of Baia Mare, Romania, where she teaches English and American literature, as well as culture and civilisation. Dr. Ramona Demarcsek is a lecturer at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.She teaches English language and culture.
