Transport interchange

We as individuals are constantly moving from place to place. This movement is a dynamic action that takes place among different static points, thus different built elements. All buildings have a dynamic quality as they are used by these various individuals moving within and between them. The moving subject is not the only dynamic element, as architecture itself can be designed in such a way as to express certain moving qualities. It is these moving qualities that stimulate the senses of the user, making the experience a lasting impression. A transport interchange is a building directly associated with movement. It is a place used every day, a place of process where the human body becomes aware of the experience. It is therefore important that transport interchanges enhance the experience of the user, encapsulating the user. The user becomes the starting block in creating a dynamic process in an otherwise static architecture.
