Coleman A. O'Flaherty was Foundation Professor of the Institute for Transport Studies at the University of Leeds, Chief Engineer of the National Capital Development Commission, and both Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Professor Emeritus at the University of Tasmania.
Christopher A. Nash has worked for the University of Leeds as Professor of Transport Economics and written a number of books and papers on transport project appraisal and economics.
Anthony D. May worked for the Greater London Council for 10 years, as has been Professor of Transport Engineering, Director of the Institute for Transport Studies, Head of Department of Civil Engineering and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Leeds.
Michael G. H. Bell is Professor at the Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies at the University of Sydney, Australia, as well as Associate Editor of Transportation Research B.
