Treatment Analysis of DMD

This book intend to provide information about medical and rehabilitation care for the management of DMD. Multidisciplinary approach, through a specialized clinic with members from all concerned specialities, involving early diagnosis, medical and physical therapy, genetic counselling, with supportive care in the late stages improve quality of life in Duchenne Muscular dystrophy patients. Such an approach can address all the aspects of the disease process and provide an individualized care for each patient, according to their requirements.

Dr. T Karthikeyan completed D.SC (2018) and PhD (2012) from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University, Coimbatore. Presently working as an Associate professor in Physiotherapy at UG,PG & PhD supervision, Department of Physiotherapy, Gurugram University, Gurugram, Haryana, India. He has published over 300 peer-reviewed scientific papers.
