About the Book: The book treated exhaustively all the subject matters that are pertinent for the effective work of political analysts, practicing politicians, government operators, public administrators, political scientists and scholars. The book is divided into two parts. Part one covered the sub areas in politics like political ideology, political theory, constitution and constitutionalism, political behavior and international organization. Part two anchored on colonial and post colonial civil services, civil service reforms and gratuity and pension administration. The book is written essentially to address Nigeria peculiarities. Practical and theoretical approaches were adopted which unassumingly made the work very interesting to all readers.
