Tribalism and regionalism in contemporary Arab society

Few of the specialized studies deal with current events dominating the Arab region, including the Maghreb. Much of what is reported by the media and political circles is not based on exhaustive studies based on appropriate methodology or well-defined exploration. This book has raised many thorny questions that have not been analyzed or at least drawn attention to question the relationship of the modern state in the Maghreb region with traditional structures and that of society itself with its Arab-Islamic environment?
