Trust - Comparative law

This work transcribes my beginnings as a trainee notary within a firm. Private international law is a legal aspect that is still little understood by legal professionals. Today there are many binational couples, they are less and less sedentary and may have patrimonial interests in several states. Among the problems encountered is the Trust. The objective of this work was to bear witness to these difficulties and to provide solutions using French legal tools.
