Turn on /off pc from mobile and remote transferring files

We will design system to allow any person to turn on /off his remote pc,browse ,transfer any file from any place without damage and without using flashes or memory card and with high security by using our mobile application program easily we implemented our design as follow. - SMS message will be sent from the user's mobile using J2ME application that will be mentioned at chapter (7). 2- The user's message will be sent to a telit GSM 862 GPS modem discussed at chapter (4). This modem is connected to a PIC16F877A that will be discussed at chapter (3)through serial communication. - The microcontroller will handle this message and take the appropriate decision (turning on/off the user's PC). The microcontroller will be connected to a relay circuit to switch the PC on/off. - The user will be able to communicate with his PC using the mobile application and browse, modify and transfer his files using FTP protocol that will be discussed at chapter (5),chapter(7).
