Turning strategy for Alloy 625

Nickel-based alloys are widely used in the aeronautical and oil industries due to their characteristics. However, these make them difficult to machine. This book covers some concepts of machining nickel alloys, especially alloy 625. Machining strategies are presented to improve tool life through the use of high-pressure coolant and cutting strategies (conical and longitudinal).

He holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Unicamp's mechanical engineering faculty and a bachelor's degree in industrial production management from Fatec International University Center (2011). He is currently a professor at Faculdade de Jaguariúna (FAJ), Universidade São Francisco (USF), Metrocamp and a specialized technician at Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
