However, when an organisation's turnover rate is high and the reasons for leaving are repeated frequently, the departures can indicate factors that need to be improved and monitored in a company. The high turnover of nursing technicians is a common problem in the hospital sector and often has a negative impact on the climate and productivity of the team, among other aspects. This study aims to contribute to healthcare organisations by providing a better understanding of the reasons that have led nursing technicians to leave hospitals, making it possible to identify assertive management actions to keep the team working.
