Tyumen District Executive Committee (1923-1930).

The book analyzes the history of formation of the Tyumen District Executive Committee Fund of Workers', Peasants' and Red Army Deputies Council (1923-1930), which contains information on the problems of local administration and economy during the New Economic Policy, considers the quality of local paperwork, stresses the importance of this documentary fund for reflecting the content of the work of Soviet institutions. Studies on the activity of local self-government bodies in 1923-1930, as well as the degree of study of documents of Tyumen district executive committee in Russian historiography are considered.

Ilya Gurulev se graduó en la TSU con un doctorado en Historiografía, Estudios de Fuentes y Métodos de Investigación Histórica. Es autor de numerosos artículos científicos. Profesor titular del departamento en el grupo ampliado de especialidades: ingeniería, tecnología y ciencias técnicas.
