Ivanna Kyliushyk is Post-doctoral research fellow at the Kozminski University, the Center for Research on Social Change and Mobility (CRASH), Poland.

Emil Chról is a PhD Candidate at University of Warsaw, research assistant at the Center for Research on Social Change and Mobility (CRASH) of Kozminski University, Poland.
