High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Ulan Melisbek (IPA pronunciation: u'l n mel sbek) (born March 31, 1975 Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan) is the first political oppositioner in internet mass media. He was the founder of a virtual Kyrgyz Diaspora's internet domain. He also opened and maintained first ever democratic internet newspaper. These internet sites were few sources of information for thousands of Kyrgyz citizens who lived abroad, which covered real situation in Kyrgyz Republic and dirty political games played by the President himself, his family and people around him. Ulan is a political refugee, who lives in the United States of America (US) from 2002. After Ulan had left to the US, his family back at home was still under attack and threats by the Kyrgyz Government for Ulan's democratic opinions which were popular among young generation of Kyrgyz citizens abroad.
