What happens in the world when a person appears with limitless powers? Can we get to know someone so formidable and so terrible? Última examines the experience and unique relationship between Constanza and Última, a character who has acquired limitless powers, and shows the world what has been created with them. Última presents a balance between fiction and reality and has been considered a positive dystopia, far from the great classic dystopias. A novel in which Enrique Vercher reflects on the limits of power and ultimately on the human condition. The plot conceived by the author leads us through sequences of the daily life of a radical character who considers the life and death of humanity from his especially privileged position, thanks to an extraordinary condition which differentiates him from other mortals, which will make us consider the hidden interests, obsessions and desires of Última.
