Sufism "Islamic Mysticism" is one of the most important fields; and the largest of human though. Morality religious codes, ritual; peace; culture and even metaphysics of "Islam" all are helpful to the mystics spiritual needs. The same can be said in Buddhism. How essential is meditation for the mystics of Islam as well as for Buddhists. The first duty of any Buddhist is to sit down and meditate and concentrate his mind on a chosen object or theme; to make his mind like a tool to be used at will, a servant thought to obey. In Islamic Mysticism the Sufi (Mystic) should meditate and concentrate his mind upon the thought of God. It is called "Moraqaba" which means that the Mystic should watch over God not God watches over him all time. The enclosed essay focus on the channels and ways that connect the Divine with man's heart. The author also shows how can a Sufi "Mystic" goes through extreme states of Mystical conscious to attain illumination and vision of God.
