The festival which caters to all kinds of talent all over India organizes around 60-70 events every year. Umang, has over the years seen celebrities like Shabana Azmi, Sonu Nigam,Sunidhi Chauhan, Arjun Rampal, Sivamani, Dilip Chhabbaria, Isha Koppikar, Maureen Wadia, John Abraham, Javed Akhtar, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and many others. Umang over the year has also witnessed performances by various artists like Kailash Kher, Indian Ocean, Strings, KK, Parikrama, Lucky Ali, Shaan, Euphoria and others. As one of the leading festivals of India, Umang has always been one of the most sought after college events.
