Understanding of the EMS service delivery environment in the NW, SA

The Emergency Care Practitioners in the North West Province in South Africa were evaluated to see if they understood the Service delivery environment that they are working in. This research looked at all the different areas within the Emergency Medical Services environment to ensure that all aspects of Pre-hospital Emergency Care were considered. Also it covered all levels of staff from operational to senior management
