The level of unemployment has increased in Saudi Arabia due to the lack of necessary skills within the Saudi youth and high population growth. Training is the most important factor in a successful human resource development since it can lead to the modification of behaviour, as well as the gain of skills. One of the most successful Saudi training programmes is Bab Rizq Jameel Programme . Therefore, BRJ programme has been selected as a case study to explore the Key Elements of its success. After analysing the secondary qualitative data that was collected, the key elements of the BRJ programme were extracted. This research can serve as a base for planning future development training programmes in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, this study partially demonstrated that training programmes are the best solution to reduce unemployment for the time being.
