This was an effort in my research work to show what are the things to be considered while going through performance appraisal stage. Because this stage require an ultra degree of fairness and equality and justice. So as not to disappoint the employees. Rather bless them with the rewards they deserve. Inequality in this stage can be fatal for organizations'. Employees may resist, perform below their capacity or even quit, and all these are hurting elements for owners of the business.
