In this book, Author attempts to elaborate the determination of inventive step and the interpretation of the patented claim in a more reasonable way than in the past, based on Author's view on the invention and the analytical methods employed. The determination of inventive step, among others, is a problem faced during the entrance and the exit of the study of patent law. The entrance means that everyone faces in the early time of patent law study while the exit means that it is the ultimate yet difficult problem of granting the patent right, as stated below.
