Universal Mission: The Climax of Matthews Post-Resurrection Account

The work is based on the last command of the risen Jesus to his disciples in Matthew's account of the events that followed the resurrection of Jesus. The command is: «Make disciples of all nations». The command reverses the initial restriction of the disciples to only the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Benjamin Ogechi Agbara is a priest of the Catholic diocese of Port Harcourt in the Southern part of Nigeria. He studied Philosophy and Theology at St. Joseph Major Seminary, Ikot Ekpene, Nigeria, and holds Master s and Licentiate degrees in Biblical theology from the Catholic Institute of West Africa, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He earned a doctorate in Theology (New Testament Exegesis) from the Jesuit University of Philosophy and Theology (Sankt Georgen), Frankfurt am Main.
