Universities and Industrial Enterprises Cooperation

Construction of the efficient engineering and scientific manpower training system is of great importance for further development of the Ukraine space rocket industry and successful implementation of advanced space projects. The paper analyzes the existing problems in personnel training for the Ukraine space rocket industry and way forward. Particularly, the experience and the results of industrial enterprises/universities cooperation on specialists training for rocket industry according to the continuous space education scheme are analyzed. Aerospace education enhancement capabilities in international cooperation between industrial enterprises and universities within the framework of projects under the European Union program TEMPUS are under review. The development of industrial enterprises/universities cooperation contributes to the improvement of personnel training quality and high scientific and technical level of space rocket technology development.
