University and society in Honduras

It is a study, from a qualitative perspective, on the university-society relations in Honduras in the context of the university reform initiated in 2004. Thus, from a critical view in an emancipatory democratic key, we discuss with the main actors of the university community the university we have to think about the university we want in a context of inequality, violence and environmental crisis.

Degree in sociology from UNAH, master's degree in social sciences from FLACSO Mexico and doctorate in social sciences from the National Autonomous University of Honduras.
