Unplanned Development by Real Estate Developers and Its Compatibility

Developing countries like Bangladesh is facing a lot of problem with its huge number of population. As a result land are converting rapidly and without following rules.This work tries to find out the unplanned and unauthorized activities of real estate developers in the study. this study also find out the impacts of such unplanned development and violation of existing planning laws. this study will facilitate through providing guidelines and to ensure planned and sustainable development.
