UNVEILING PLATO AND ARISOTLE IN DWORKIN'S THOUGHT

The purpose of this booklet is to present a reading that reveals the points of connection between the work of Ronald Dworkin and the work of Plato and Aristotle, allowing a better reading of the conception of Law as Integrity, describing how the principles are essential for the construction of the effectiveness of Fundamental Rights, through an interpretive practice consistent with the exercise of integrity.
