Up-to-date problems of guilt in civil law

The development of society and the state has led to the view that human life and liberty are of the highest value which requires constant support. In response to these challenges, society has recognised that the principle of culpability needs to be enshrined to protect those values but, despite its importance, there are still a significant number of issues that have been raised in this area. For example, the concept of guilt is considered mainly in the general theory of law, significant studies can be found in criminal law. But, given the fact that legal responsibility and guilt in different areas of legal regulation, get their own peculiarities, nowadays a particularly careful attitude to the understanding of guilt in civil law is required.
