This book is intended for academics and laypeople alike, to provide insight into the potential future of agriculture and the direction we are already moving in. I would be delighted if my book could inspire others to explore new avenues, both at home and in the supermarket, because every contribution, no matter how small, and every decision, no matter how minor, is for the good of our planet and our survival.
