Thesis title. An analysis of the physical planning process in emerging urban centers: A Case Study of Paidha Town in Zombo District, Uganda.General objective.The general objective of this research was to critically analyze the physical planning process that is affecting the emerging urban center of Paidha in Zombo district, Uganda.
