The objective of the research is to study the epidemiological and therapeutic aspects of ureteral lithiasis at the Luxembourg University Hospital.Methodology: This was a retrospective descriptive study of a series of patients presenting with ureteral lithiasis over a period of 6 years, from January 2017 to December 2022 in the urology department of the Luxembourg University Hospital.Results : The frequency of ureteric lithiasis is 2.48%. The age group of 38 to 50 years was the most affected with extremes of 10 and 75 years. The sex ratio was 2.95 in favor of men. Pain was the main symptom followed by urination problems and hematuria. Ureteral lithiasis also plays an important role in impaired renal function and urinary infections. Radiological examinations play an important role in the management of urolithiasis. Ureteroscopy was used as curative treatment in 54.7% of cases.
