US Army Force Structure Requirements

US Army operational requirements over the next 10 years will require changes to the US Army force structure with regards to size, active and reserve balance, and capabilities mix. The purpose of this study is to provide answers to several questions regarding current US Army force structure, US strategic policies, the current operational environment, and post conflict operations capabilities requirements. Answers to these questions provide the basis for recommended changes to the future force structure requirements of the US Army.
