The current book is based on research carried out to elucidate the impact of drone attacks keeping in mind the viewpoints of internally displaced person (IDP's) of Khyber Pakhtun Khaw (KPK), Pakistan. Drone strikes, a phenomenon that have captivated the attention of masses in the dawn of 21st century. Drones are bird shaped computerized aero planes with the ability to utilize targeted weapon to combat terrorism with the objectives to safeguard the lives of ordinary people that has been have devastated due to attacks of terrorists in the recent past. The present research assesses the US drone policy in the tribal areas of Pakistan with critical evaluation of US policy to combat terrorist activities in the tribal areas of Pakistan with the main objective that any actions have established as a proper strategy to combat terrorist activities.

Muhammad Amjad Saeed is Assistant Professor of political science working in higher education department of Punjab, Pakistan. He has keen interest in international affairs and bilateral relation of the nations. He is more critical about the international scenario after 9/11 and initiation of drone attacks in northern areas of Pakistan.
