Use of pesticides in vector control, experience in Cuba

The work presented here is part of a research where the use of pesticides for vector control was investigated, but this is accompanied by the effects it can cause in the sanitary, environmental and economic order. The aim of this research is to learn about their toxicity and impact. The main pesticides used since the 70's are presented with the aim of offering several topics of interest to workers linked to work with these substances.
