This book introduces the concept of value based corporate governance based on the assessment of the Seventh-day Adventist Higher Education Institutions in Indonesia. It is the intention of the author that the reader may find the book indulging and intriguing to further expand their knowledge and approach on issues and practices of corporate value and corporate governance in the higher education institution.

Francis M. Hutabarat, Ph.D is Assistant Professor in Business Management at the Adventist University of Indonesia (UNAI). He finished his MBA from the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS) in 2007 and he completed his Ph.D in Business Management from the Philippine Christian University (PCU) in 2010 at the age of 28.
