In this study, an attempt has been made to evaluate the Value Chain Management practices employed by Fishermen, Retailers, Door-to-door sellers, Exporters within Coastal Andhra Pradesh, India. Analysis is carried out separately for six types of value chains. From the detailed analysis marine fishery supply chain, it is concluded that the performance of the marine fisheries supply chain in Andhra Pradesh is under-performing and current performance level is below average. There is a need to improve the performance of supply chain so as to deliver greater value to the customers. In order to build an effective value chain, the drivers of the supply chain should be performing well.
