Traditional Source of financing focus on projects with proven technology and clearly identifiable market demand. However such projects cannot contribute to the development of economy as fast as much desired. Therefore it is necessary to promote the projects that involve new technology, new entrepreneurship to produce and deliver innovative goods and services to the society. In this context Venture Capital Funds or Firms have come into existence to play a pivotal role.
