Vietnamese Contemporary Cinema: Success and Trends

Vietnamese cinema has recently been successful thanks to its popular quality. Urban residents can be understood as people living in a certain city or big city. There is a life and a way of thinking different from those living in the countryside. Vietnamese filmmakers quickly capture the daily activities, emotional feelings, conflicts, and expectations of urbanites in modern urban areas to put into films. A number of films have won national and international awards, and Vietnam has also become a destination for many foreign films.
