Village Administrator and Rural Development

The development of the rural area reflects the real development of the nation. If developments in rural areas insufficient lag behind, overall national development will be delayed. Although the village administrator is the lowest level in administration, the success of any programme of rural development depends on the operation of the village administrator. He is always in touch with villagers and understand their basic needs. If the village administrator is efficient person, the village can develop due to good leadership. In the Globalization Age, village administrator is responsible for not only their village development but also relations with other village and governmental officials.
