In recent times it seems that the trending topic is gender-based violence against women; However, as we will see later in this manuscript, it is not a new topic, but it is a topic that has become visible and that unfortunately has begun to be studied from its anthropological and social origins, its implications and scope, its legal regulation, the number of cases of femicides that occur in daily life, apart from the countless cases of violence that are not visible and are lived in silence in homes, workplaces, on the street, etc.
