The application predicts the underlying emotion of the user based on their interaction with the chatbot. After predicting the emotion of the user using an algorithm the chatbot responds to the user accordingly based on the emotion. The chatbot provides the user with a link that is redirected to a content page that contains images, songs and videos. The application also keeps track of the user's interaction with the chatbot if any extreme emotions are detected it suggests the user take professional help and also gives the details of various professionals.
