Vocational training for young graduates

The issue of staff movement and its impact on the performance of an organisation is a subject that has already been addressed in other respects, by different authors, so we are not the first. The professional world is currently in a state of flux, changing from time to time. Competition is at its peak and companies have to rely on their human resources to survive, implementing strategies and policies that will keep them alive. As the economic border barriers have disappeared, a fierce competition on a global scale is emerging between the structures (public administrations, companies). In order to face this competition, the company seeks performance and profitability to remain competitive on the market. It must optimise its available resources, relying above all on the skills of its human resources, which it seeks to develop continuously and to increase their loyalty in order to ensure their involvement and commitment to the company. The challenge today is to adapt to the context or to leave the stage to the best performers.
