Vol II is the second album of the Finnish band Daniel Lioneye.The band was originally formed in 2001 as a side project of members of the band HIM but after 9 years of nothing the band announced a second album and also a major line-up change. Now without his fellow HIM members, Linde(aka Daniel Lioneye) guitarist and singer of the band has brought in Bolton (Enochian Crescent) and has kept Burton (also from HIM). The second album is a lot different than there first album The King of Rock'n Roll. A lot of the song Linde wrote earlier than recording the album some even before his days with HIM when he was about 16 or 17 and a lot of the songs were ballads but were re-written to fit the band's new black metal style.
